pcm彩涂板比镀锌钢板要好。pcm彩涂板即连续辊涂彩色钢板，其色彩鲜艳，不仅具有良好的成型加工性、漆膜耐腐蚀性和柔韧性，又具有良好的经济效益，满足社会经济、环保发展的要求。pcm彩涂板在生产效率、周转储存、环保效应、外观效果方面均优于传统的喷粉板材，其综合成本仅相当于喷粉板材的90%左右。彩色予涂钢板PCM，将传统的喷涂涂装变成钢板的连续涂布，便于表面处理及涂布质量的控制，又不存在涂装易产生的棱边死角等缺陷；而且采用无铬处理液进行辊涂式化学处理后直接干燥，无传统浸涂式化学处理对环境的污染和破坏，满足环保要求。两种钢板的表面涂层不一样，镀锌钢板是钢板表面涂锌，pcm彩涂板是表面涂有有机涂层，涂层为高分子线性无油聚树酯系涂料，添加特殊设计的氨基树脂及催化剂，以获得足够的弯曲性和固化性。
